The following content is from my time and efforts as Art Director and Designer at Intuitive Surgical Inc. Working with a small team of seven creatives we helped shape each others work and ultimately the Intuitive brand and its subsidiary brands. Each of us created detailed guidelines to be carried out by
other designers and teams in the company.

Brand messaging hierarchy chart that I created as a means to help external clients better understand the company and it's goals. For this project and others, I was able to test my copywriting and then have it matched & corrected to the copywriters
on the Brand Team.

Creating web first content
1. Strategize pre-production photoshoots with different    wireframes and company categories in mind.

2. Create and pioneer how content is on-brand for
   Intuitive and its subsidiary brands.

3. Build pages leveraging all new content from
   collaboration with vendors as well as in house efforts.


Pre-Production planning
1. Conceptualize and build shot list.

2. Scout for location and talent.

3. Leverage inspiration to communicate intent.

4. Wireframe image modules with shot list.


Art Direction for photo + video content
I directed, designed and wrote the brand guidelines for photo and video shoots at Intuitive Inc during my time as an employee.

After defining what was on brand for content through photo-video shoots, I created an online resource for internal use with some NDA shared external use.

2. Art directed shoots and helped define the job role     and process.

3. Wrote, directed and designed brand guidelines for  photo-video shoots.
